Nothing means Something

My mom always like asking me to help her draw some things for her classroom, so when she asks it’s no problem, one of the bigger things she asked me to help her on was some “royal trains” for fiesta. When it came down to drawing them I decided to draw something simple like flowers for the girls train, and for the boys I did a sun with still some flowers ( I put the sun in there so it wouldn't seem so girly) on a blue train. My mom took them to her school and I didn't think anything of it at that time but a mother of a child asked my mom if I would like to make her a bigger image of the trains, for children’s room ideas, so I did

A few weeks, I posted these two pictures on Facebook, and later that day I kept on getting text messages and alert from Facebook, on these two pictures. Most of the messages I got were from people wanting some designs for tattoo ideas. Which I thought was pretty cool, have some that didn’t really mean anything to me become part of a person forever. Wow, I was shocked and amazed with the reaction I was getting.

Needless to say, I did start working on some tattoo designs and one of them did get put on the skin eventually. It was scary on my behalf, because I wanted to do a nice job since it was something that was permanent, but after a while its exciting, but I’m privileged to have done it for them.
